Where are you located?
Archisha International is a New Delhi (INDIA) based multifaceted organization offering a spectrum of services in Europe & U.S, in the field of Printing, Packaging and a whole gamut of promotions.

What is the process of Graphic Design services?
Upon contacting us, you will be assigned an account co-ordinator who will serve as your project consultant and point of contact. After getting details of your project, your account co-ordinator will work closely with our highly skilled team of designers to create designs that meet your goals. You can provide feedback on the designs and may request upto two revisions to a design without incurring any extra fees. Your account co-ordinator will be glad to help you in any area needed including image uploading and ordering.

How long does the design process take?
The standard turnaround time for designs is three business days. The total turnaround time depends on how quickly you can provide us with the text and images you would like to use in your designs and how many revisions you choose to make.

What if I don’t like the designs you created?
You do not have to purchase anything. We want you to be satisfied and you may ask for refinements to a design or for a completely different approach to the design.

Can you recreate an existing design?
Yes, if you have an existing document, we will create it for you for a small fee. Just send us a sample and write to your account co-ordinator for details and pricing.

How can I send you my files or images and in what formats?
The best way is to upload your image files to our website. For high quality printing we recommend the following formats. However, we will accept all types of files. Adobe Acrobat Document (*.pdf) Adobe Illustrator Artwork (*.ai) Adobe Photoshop Image (*.psd)

How do I go about getting an estimate from you?
Archisha International offers pricing within 24-hours for most all commonly requested products. However, if your project required special treatment or is produced on a stock other than what is offered we may take more time. Otherwise the best way to ensure that we get all the information necessary for an accurate quote is to fill up one of our quote forms at out website.

How you ship the material and what about it’s cost?
All our material is shipped from INDIA and our normal shipping is by FedEx. Or DHL as a courier mode. All our pricing is inclusive of this shipping cost. However if your job allows more time than we can plan your shipping by Air cargo or by Sea mode also and pass on the cost benefit to you. In any mode, we deliver at your doorstep.

Can I order multiple pieces?
If you are interested in producing more than one brochure or leaflet and they have the same specifications, you may take advantage of a combination run. This can save you a lot of bucks. If the products are different in size and or quantity, you must fill separate quote form. In either case, our estimators will assist the possibility of a combination run and we will figure out the best way for you to produce your jobs at the least cost to you.

What kind of paper will my job be printed on?
All our in-house sheets are quality products but you are not limited to our choice. You made specify a particular sheet, we custom produce it for you.

How well will my job match with what I see the PDF proof on my monitor?
A PDF proof is a low cost but quick method of proofing. The long and short of it is that you are allowed to proof your job for content and get a pretty good interpretation of the colors involved. Because of wide differences in monitor calibration and the different technologies used, some printed colors may not exactly match the colors on your specific monitors. But upon your acceptance to a PDF proof, we will run your job to a pleasing color standard and ensure the job look good.

How long will it take to get my order?
Some jobs take only a days time where others may take more days. Let us know when you need your job completed, and we will let you know if it can be done.

How I will pay for my job?
We accept payments through U.S bank account’s check, Wire transfer or Credit Cards through PayPal.
